Just like our Villacaro Farms beef, you'll notice the exceptional flavor and tenderness of this ground beef. This is due to the fat content being a majority Omega-9 fatty acid, called Oleic Acid, with a lower melting point and heart healthy benefits! This characteristic is a genetic trait of wagyu beef.
