  • 1 Filet Mignon
  • 1 Sirloin Steak
  • 2 lbs of Weeknight Steaks (ex: minute steaks, honeymoon steaks, cube steaks)
  • 1 pack Stew Beef (~ 1 lb)
  • 1 Roast (3-4 lbs, ex: Chuck, Sirloin Tip, Rolled Rump, Arm Roast, etc)
  • 5 packs of ground beef (in 1 lb packs)
  • 1 lb Beef Chorizo
  • 1 lb Beef Bratwurst Links
