Mini Beef Share - Winter 2024

The mini beef share includes a variety of cuts of our delicious Wagyu beef, delivered from our farm to your door.  The winter mini share includes a variety of our Wagyu beef, with a focus on cuts that are excellent to enjoy during the winter season, as well as premium steaks to enjoy for special occasions.

The share should fit in a normal kitchen freezer, or can be added to a deep freeze where you may have other frozen items stored. It is ~40-45 lbs of beef.

The beef share will include:

5 Premium Steaks (combo of Ribeye, NY strip, Filet Mignon)

2 Sirloin Steaks

1.5-2 lb Fan Favorite (skirt steak, flank steak, Tri Tip)

4 lbs steaks includes a combo of chuck steaks, honeymoon steaks, minute steaks, flat iron steaks and other selections from our butcher

2 Boneless Roasts, each 3-4 lbs each (may include chuck roast, sirloin tip roast, bottom round, top round or brisket - please include a preference request at checkout)

1 Butcher's Choice cut, such as an additional roast, large steak or specialty sausage

2 Cuts of Osso Bucco (also known as beef shanks)

2 lbs Beef Chorizo sausage (1 lb packed loose)

10 lbs of Ground Beef
