The sirloin steak is an excellent choice - both for flavor and price. While more economical than the class NY Strip and Ribye, the Sirloin competes with its flavor and tenderness. It is excellent as a stand-alone steak with veggies and potatoes, or slice it up over salad for a hearty and healthy summer dish. We even use it sliced for steak fajitas!

These steaks are sized for family sharing. At our house, we cook up one, slice it up and dig in with either potatoes and veggies as a size, or even in steak fajitas.
